DELIVERY & RETURNS
We are pleased to offer free worldwide delivery on all of our items to all major destinations, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in the world you live.
The average arrival time is 5-10 business days. An order can, however, take anywhere between 10-29 working days if shipped to locations outside of North America.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Should your order take longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 31 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items.
During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 45 working days.
All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send us an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you'd like a refund.
Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
Once your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
